A straight edge acrylic frosting scrapers which works beautifully with all mediums- be it American buttercream, chocolate ganache, fresh cream, Swiss meringue buttercream, etc. Easy to hold and with added width for better control. The added width of the scraper is great because it provides better leverage as it rests against your cake board, creating a sturdier turn and a straighter finish. I find my cakes are less cone shaped or tapered when I use wider scrapers compared to skinny scrapers.
