Shipping policy

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed. 

Once shipped, items can be approximately expected by:

3 to 6 business days within Australia

12-34 business days outside of Australia

Please note, there is no pick-up option for physical goods. 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Products will be shipped using Australia Post. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rosie's Dessert Spot is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rosiesdessertspot@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
